How long does it take to process an order?

Processing time is the time it takes to manufacture your product. Our lead time is calculated in working days, and it is 2-5 working days for all production techniques.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. Over 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Order processing time does not include shipping. To get an idea of ​​how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated processing time with the estimated delivery time.

The processing averages you see in our catalog are calculated based on our processing data for each product within the 30 day period.
Our processing averages do not take into account the waiting time for an order.
Large order processing may take longer than the average 3-5 days, but will always be completed within 7 days.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Printful's Estimated Delivery Time (DEL) is our forecast of when an order can be delivered to you. The DEL is the sum of the estimated fulfillment and shipping times:
Estimated Fulfillment + Estimated Shipping = Estimated Delivery Time
Our average processing time is 2-5 business days for all production techniques.
When we calculate the estimated lead time, we take into account the current volume of orders and our capacity.

Estimated shipping time is calculated based on our historical shipping data for deliveries to your region or sales region.

The estimated delivery time being an estimate, it is not a guarantee. You may receive the command after the DEL for reasons such as:

Problems with print/embroidery files
Out of stock products
Shipping-related delays, such as failed delivery attempts, service interruptions
That being said, we will do our best to meet our delivery schedule. If you ever haven't received the order and the DEL is gone, please allow a few more days.
