Return of order

How long do I have to submit a return/exchange request?

All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receipt of product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the expected delivery date.

​

 

 

If an order is lost in the mail?

​

 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the expected delivery date. But do not worry ! Printful will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping the replacement order.

 

Before doing this, the RRSSAO online store must confirm with printful that your address was correct. It would also be a good idea to check that you have contacted the carrier to try to locate the misplaced order.

 

Please be aware that if the tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you do not believe you have received it, printful and the RRSSAO online store will not be responsible and will not reship that order. In this case, any replacement will be at your expense.

 

 

If an order is defective or not the right size?

​

 

Any returns or issues due to printful's error will be taken care of by printful.

However, if you wish to exchange or return a product without defect or because the wrong size was ordered, you will have to place a new order in the RRSSAO online store.

​

If the item is returned to printful, it will contact the RRSSAO online store, for the shipping costs that will have to be paid a second time. Items returned unclaimed are donated to charity after 4 weeks.

​

 

 

How do I report an order that is defective or not the right size?

​

Be aware that a photo must be submitted with a problem report to initiate a reshipment. It's always best to include photos in conjunction with the initial problem report to avoid delays.
